BuildZoom: Redesigning High Traffic Landing Pages

Value Proposition + Layout optimization to improve comprehension and conversion 

BuildZoom connects property owners to reliable contractors and helps complete the project faster, with higher quality, and at a lower cost. Within minutes of submitting a project, property owners receive competitive bids from the top-rated contractors in their area.

BuildZoom manages over $1 billion remodeling and construction projects yearly, but the value of using their service wasn’t immediately apparent when navigating to the site or submitting a project. We gave the BuildZoom team some recommendations for how they could more clearly communicate the value of their product to first time users during the on-boarding process and improve conversion rate. We also redesigned the landing pages receiving the majority of traffic - the home page and the contractor profile pages.
